Hell Froze Over  We threw a reception for a 46 year old Pastor who got married for the first time. For the invite, we said "Hell Froze Over, Joe Hancock is married." We had 2 tables; 1 resembeling ice, and one resembling fire. The fire table had a red a table cloth with an orange runner down the length of the table. The place settings were set in orange and red fiesta ware alternating colors. Ineach clear glass, we used orange and red illuminated light cubes, so they glasses were glowing when the guests arrived. In the center, we had a clear ice bucket with battrey operated light and red mylar to give the effect of a fire. I also used red paper lanterns to accent the fire table.We  used chili peppers as table confetti. The napkins were the opposite color of the table cloth. For the ice table, we used a light blue tablecloth with lace doilies down the center. Then I placed a penguin snowglobe in the center of the table and glass confetti cubes (blue & white) around the table. Each light blue glass had a blue glow stick in it. The place settings alternated white and light blue fiesta ware. For the food we served hot wings, chili and Baked Alaska. You really need to see it in pictures to get the full effect!!
